Kristny Lauck graduated from the University of Wyoming with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She is a Registered Nurse, is certified through the American Council of Exercise and has her CPR-AED certification. Kristny definitely has a passion for fitness. But to her, fitness is not just about looking good.
What really gets her going is how much exercise and diet helps your body naturally recover from day to day stress. It helps lower your blood pressure, naturally increases resistance to stress, improves your sensitivity to insulin, strengthens your core, improves your HDL cholesterol and lowers your LDL, improves flexibility and strength, improves your cardiovascular/respiratory capacity, improves your sleep, and increases your bone density. With all of that, how could you not FEEL GOOD?
Kristny's main goal is to help client's reach their goals with the least amount of exercise and lifestyle change and promoting self-efficacy in the meantime. She knows that it is possible to actually prevent diabetes, obesity and many other conditions with an appropriate, sustainable exercise and diet regimen. This is what pushes Kristny. Kristny loves knowing that each and every day someone exercises they are reaping health benefits. These benefits come way before losing a pant size or losing weight. She wants to help you understand how to make changes in your daily routine that will benefit you for a lifetime.
